Kathy Jonas is a freelance writer who believes that everyone has a story to tell. She relished learning the ins and outs of the wedding industry during her three-year stint as managing editor of WeddingDay Magazine. She will continue to tell stories for the magazine because she loves sharing the happiness and positivity of the wedding day and the love of the couples who choose each other as partners. She has a journalism and political science and a master's degree from Indiana University (diehard Hoosier) and worked as a reporter and a non-profit executive director. She's been married for 36 years and has three grown children and one very spoiled dog -- a PBGV (google this breed!)
